Instructions:

We've found twelve configurations for the ComfyRest™ pillow, although you may find more! You can use your ComfyRest™ as a:

1. Face Down Breathe-Easy Pillow:

Because of our patented airflow system, you can enjoy tanning or resting while on your stomach using your ComfyRest™ pillow.

Arrange your ComfyRest™ pillow on your resting surface, placing the body supports parallel to each other and away from the headring.
Lie down on your stomach, placing the top of the body supports in the area between your shoulders and collarbone. The bottom half of the body supports will taper down to support your chest. You can knead the top sides of the headring with your thumbs toward the hole to allow a better fit for your cheekbones.
Place your chin inside of the headring with your forehead resting on the top of the headring.

If you are large chested you can angle the lower portion of the body supports away from your body so they are not under you. It may take a few adjustments of the body supports to customize your resting experience with your ComfyRest™ pillow. You may also need to take a few minutes to become accustomed to breathing with your face in the headring. Breathe slowly through your nose, as if you are meditating. If you feel like you need a little more air raise the headring slightly by placing your fingers or a magazine under a portion of the headring. Notice how little light comes through to aid in your comfort.

If you find ComfyRest™ too high for you in the face down position try the positioning pictured at the left. Turn a pillow so that it is parallel to your body. Place our ComfyRest™ pillow long ways across your pillow with the headring hanging down slightly over the edge of your pillow and rest face down in the headring. This allows your body to rest on the ComfyRest™ body supports that are on top of your bed pillow with your head angled slightly down.

2. Adjustable Pillow for Relaxing:

You can easily enjoy your ComfyRest™ pillow indoors, outdoors at the beach or poolside, watching TV, reading, or just enjoying conversation with others while reclining.

Fold the body supports over the front of the headring.
Snap the end of each leg to the corresponding snap at the top of the headring.
Lay the back of your head onto the body supports with your neck & shoulders at the bottom of the headring.
Adjust the body supports under your neck & shoulders for your own personal comfort.

3. Back of the Head / Neck Rest

You can customize your ComfyRest™ pillow in 2 different positions to gently cradle your head & support your neck to prevent your head from rolling to the side if you fall asleep while lying on your back. These are also enjoyable positions to take a nap while traveling with the seat reclined or for exercising while lying on your back.

Snap the ends of the body supports together.
Fold the body supports under the headring as in the picture.
Lay the back of your head into the headring and adjust the body supports under your neck for more or less support of your neck as desired.

Lay the back of your head into the headring and adjust the top portion of the body supports under your neck for more or less support of your neck as desired. Swing the ends of the body supports away from you. For some these positions may reduce snoring while sleeping.

4. Side-Napping Pillow:

Your ComfyRest™ pillow can be enjoyed as a side-napping pillow so you can lie on your side in comfort.

Fold the end of the right leg up to the lower left side of the headring and connect the snaps.
Take the left leg and lay it above the first leg, lay it over the hole in the headring and connect the leg snap to the snap on the right of the headring.
Adjust the body supports together to cover the hole in the headring.

5. Cuddle Pillow (on side, hugging body supports):

Your ComfyRest™ pillow makes a wonderful cuddle pillow

6. Under-the-Covers-Over-Your-Face Pillow:

Sometimes there is just too much light that keeps you from resting. Enjoying your ComfyRest™ pillow as a face cover keeps out light and still lets you breathe. Your ComfyRest™ pillow can be enjoyed in different ways:

Fold the body supports over the back of the headring.
Snap the end of each leg to the corresponding snap at the top of the headring.
While lying on your back, place your ComfyRest™ pillow headring over your face.
Place the bed covers or a towel over your ComfyRest™ pillow and still breathe in comfort. Please be sure your covers do not restrict airflow for your breathing ability.

Or without snapping the body supports place the headring over your face and the body supports under your neck for neck support.

7. Ergonomic Travel Pillow:

Your ComfyRest™ pillow is a wonderful companion while traveling in a car or an airplane. If you are ever delayed in the airport you will be the most comfortable traveler.

8. Chair Pillow:

Your ComfyRest™ pillow can add comfort to sitting in your recliner or rocking chair. Simply connect the snaps as you would for the "UNDER-THE-COVERS-OVER-YOUR-FACE PILLOW".

9. Face Down Desk / Table Pillow:

If you ever need that quick, rejuvenating nap while at your desk or table simply enjoy as described in the "FACEDOWN BREATHE-EASY PILLOW". With your ComfyRest™ pillow on your desk or table you can rest for a moment and breathe with ease.

10. Book Rest:

Enjoy your ComfyRest™ pillow for a convenient, hands-free book holder.

Fold the body supports as you would for the "ADJUSTABLE PILLOW FOR RELAXING".
Place your ComfyRest™ pillow against your body supports while seated.
Place a book or magazine against your ComfyRest™ pillow to read hands-free.

11. Lap Tray:

If you want to just sit and enjoy a little cuisine your ComfyRest™ can get that plate of food closer to your mouth.

12. Beverage Holder:

When you are traveling or on an uneven surface your ComfyRest™ pillow becomes a beverage holder.

Snapping & Unsnapping Your ComfyRest™ Pillow:

It is very important that you be very gentle with the snaps. The snaps may give a snug fit until they have been operated for a while. When snapping & unsnapping please do so very gently. The terry cloth is a very soft, delicate, comfortable material. It is not as rugged as a jacket or a sweatshirt so please be very gentle when operating the snaps. When unsnapping simply hold the bottom snap on the head ring with your thumb while also holding the snap on the leg. This ensures a gentle, firm hold on the snaps when disconnecting and minimizes stress on the soft terry cloth. With care your new pillow will provide you much pleasure.

Carrying Your ComfyRest™:
Weighing about a pound your ComfyRest™ pillow is very easy to carry. Just snap the body supports together around the handles of your beach or travel bag. Or place the snapped ends over your shoulder. If it is wet place your ComfyRest™ pillow in a plastic bag to help keep other items dry.

Caring for Your ComfyRest™:
Your ComfyRest™ pillow is constructed of terry cloth and is machine washable. Wash in cold water on the delicate cycle. Hang to dry; DO NOT put in dryer.

PLEASE NOTE:
It is possible to fall asleep while enjoying your ComfyRest™ pillow. The American Cancer Society recommends that you "wear a liberal amount of sunscreen with at least an SPF of 15" while exposed to the sun.
